The Everyday Care System is a purpose designed care management system for residential and nursing care homes but also for adult’s homes with mental disabilities or learning difficulties.

How much does it cost?

Price depends whether you choose the installed or hosted version. However, the ECS system is one of the most cost effective solutions available in the UK today.

The price for the locally installed version starts at only £55.00 a month for one computer, £75.00 a month for two and £95.00 a month for three. Additional workstation licenses available at £15.00 a month. This includes the software license, all updates and version upgrades, system support and VAT.

Price for the hosted version starts at only £85.00 a month for one user, £115.00 for two users and £135.00 for three users. Additional users available at £15.00 a month. This includes the software license, all updates and version upgrades, system support, access from anywhere in the world, antivirus and firewall security, nightly backup, shared hard drive and VAT.

Where can we see the system in use?

Do you provide training and installation?

Of course we do. We can have an on-site installer and trainer or we can provide online training.

The system has been designed to be extremely simple to use, yet it has all the features and functionalities to run your care home more efficiently.

MAIN MENU

The main menu is where you choose which section you wish to open and work with. For security purposes, the system will then prompt you to login using your username and password or a biometric fingerprint.

From the main menu, you also have access to our remote support, help file, live news feed and the resident's messaging system.

RESIDENT'S MODULE

This section allows you to store your resident's personal information such as name, address, status, date of birth, admission date and time, contact details, next of kin, medical history, body features, personal photo ID, documents, financial information...etc

Data is fully protected. While in safe mode, it is impossible to make any changes. Only by pressing one of the three action buttons on the left hand side, then the system switch to edit mode where changes can be made.

The four buttons at the lower left corner allows you to view current, past, future or all residents.

PRESSURE ULCERS SCREEN:

This screen is part of the “Care" screen. It allows you to record interactive Waterlow assessments and keep track of all previous scores.

It also log all pressure ulcers on a body chart representation and store detailed information about the ulcer and also the various care and treatment provided.

EMPLOYEES MODULE:

The Employees section is specifically designed to give you a full staff management system. This includes employee details, employment details, references, hourly rate, holidays, training and qualifications, CRB checks, appraisals, supervisions...

This section is also designed for you to create your employee's rotas and view the employee's clocked in hours.

REPORTS

ECS has a comprehensive range of reports that can be viewed on the screen, printed, exported or even emailed directly from the system. With over 100 reports organised in sections, you have all the information at your fingertips.
